KGCS has a device check out program that will give students access to the same Chromebook both at school and at home! We are so excited that students will have Chromebooks as an instructional tool in every class, every day. All students will be issued a KGCS Chromebook within the first two weeks of school. Students are required to bring a device to school every day. The option for students to bring their own device to school will only be available to those who complete the KGCS Device Checkout Opt-Out Form, this form can be found in the KGCS Technology Use Guidelines;The MAC address for the personal device will need to be provided, for more information on how to find a MAC Address, please click here. Students and families need to complete all back to school paperwork in PowerSchool Parent Portal, which includes the KGCS Technology Use Guidelines, to ensure a student will have access to KGCS accounts and be able to use a KGCS Chromebook or bring in their own device to school!
